About Us

Sunahs Crisis Team primarily supports those in the community who are homeless, vulnerable adults, children, families and those social isolated or who may be suffering from financial, health or social issues brought on by the pandemic, COVID-19 and the Cost of Living Crisis.

The Food

We cater a diverse range of food and all meals are hand cooked and packed by our talented chefs and support staff. We offer a range of delivery options and distribute locally at The Lewinson Centre in Willesden Green.

Counselling

We offer a range of counselling services from BACP registered therapists in:

 

  • 1to1 Counselling Sessions

  • Group Therapy Sessions

Workshops

We work with schools, community halls, local food kitchens and sports facilities to provide a range of workshops in:

  • Nutritional Workshops

  • Cooking Workshops

  • Therapeutic Workshops 

  • Learn Listening Skills

Sports Therapy

Partnering with The Jason Roberts Foundation we provide mixed and women's only sport sessions in:

 

  • Boxing

  • Boxercise

  • Yoga

  • Football

  • Circuit Classes & More!
